When a customer order at ARAMFIX.com you will receive immediate the purchase order of ARAMFIX. On the purchase order is stated the deliveryadress and shipping conditions. ARAMFIX offers the customers the products including shipping costs. From anywhere to any place. But the customer can decide to purchase CIF as example. In accordance with you as manufacturer or distributor we agree on the shipping conditions.

You receive from us a
PURCHASE ORDER
When a customer places a order at ARAMFIX, you'll receive from us a Purchase Order. On this Purchase order is various information. The purchase price is your entered information to the Dashboard or .xls file provided by yourself, this binding information is the EXW price you sell your products.
The customer can decide to order including shipment. Based on the customers choice you'll receive the purchase order from us.
VENDOR
Your details as manufacturer/distributor who receives the order.
CONSIGNEE / DELIVERY
The shippingadress or the destination of the goods.
DOCUMENTS / INVOICE
All corresponding documents and your invoice information to us.
ARAMFIX PURCHASE ORDER
When you receive a ARAMFIX purchase order you'll find the shipping condition stated on the order.
EXW
Ex Works; ARAMFIX purchases your products EXW your premisis. Either the customer arranges pick-up or ARAMFIX provides shipping to the customer location.
FOB
Free On Board; we ask you to provide logistics FOB.
CIF
Cost, insurance, and freight, we ask you to deliver CIF at the given port.
DAP / DDP
Delivery At Place; We ask you to ship it to the Consignee adress

Is it necessary to order a full container?
No, it is not necessary to order a full container. Depending on the product, desired delivery date etc. your order can also be shipped seperatly.

What means MOQ?
MOQ means: Minimum Order Quantity. Within your ordering process you'll see with the manufacturer or distributor the MOQ value. This is the minimum order quantity in pieces. Below this quantity the supplier will not sell his goods. The prices are often in relation to the MOQ, when you need to order a large volume, you'll probably receive a very low price. When you are able to order just 1 box this result in a higher price. The supplier need for a small MOQ warehousing, logistics etc. Probably you have for a smaller MOQ also a shorter delivery time.

Can I sell and ARAMFIX arranges the shipment?
Yes you just select with the delivery terms CIF, DAP or DDP. Then the shipping fee is automatically calculated.

EXW on purchase order
WE PICK-UP
When a customer request a delivery at place but ARAMFIX orders EXW we can ask you to prepare the goods for pick-up. In this case ARAMFIX will provide a packinglist and a shipment note to be provided to the package.
