BOX BOLT
BoxBolt product line provides the simplest and fastest way to connect to Hollow Structural Sections, where there is a “blind connection,” where you only have access to one side of the connection. They are structural anchor bolts that rid the need for onsite drilling or welding through bolting.
Suited for every environment and application, the original BoxBolt also known as Blind bolt fasteners, are used for faster, easier, blind structural connections. They can be adapted to suit the requirements of our client and the architect to make the connection pleasing to the eye on high profile projects where building aesthetics are essential.
Materials: Mild Steel to BS EN 10083 Grade 1.1151 & Stainless Steel to BS EN 10088 Grade 1.4401.
Finish: Zinc plated to BS EN 12329: Class Fe//Zn8//A & Hot Dip Spun Galvanized to BS EN ISO 1461.
Types: BoxBolt- The Original, ICC Approved (Type C), Socket Installation Tools.

Features:
- It is a fully tested blind bolt fastener used to connect to tube steel or where access is restricted to only one side of the structural steel.
- The BoxBolt Type C has been physically tested with International Accreditation Service (IAS) certification, which guarantees load value with the correct torque applied, as stated in Measurements & Specifications. Installation of it requires skilled labor and simple hand tools. BoxBolt® unique BoxSok installation tool can be used for quicker installation.
- It can be used with rectangular, square, or circular sections, and only requires a clearance hole to be drilled to suit its outside diameter. The holes can be drilled off-site for new projects or on-site for retrofit applications.

Boxsok Rapid Assembly Tool
The BoxSok Installation Tool is a rapid, unique assembly tool for the BoxBolt. The specially designed socket holds the hexagon shoulder on the body to stop rotating while allowing the inner socket to tighten up the core bolt. The core bolt draws the cone up inside the slotted body of the sleeve and expands the individual fins inside the connection, reducing the risk of trapping hands between two tools. The BoxSok device is available to suit all BoxBolt diameters.
