After you have received your login details you are able to open your dashboard.
In you dashboard you'll find basic company information such as your adres details and contact persons. If you'll find any wrong information, please contact us.
In YOUR PROFILE you can set the following preferences:
- View weight/prices per /1000 - /100 - /1 pcs.
- The miniumum orderquantity: /KG - /Valuta - /Amount
- Your sales currency: This is the currency you prefer to receive from us.
- Your delivery terms (incoterms).
- Your shipping port
- Your delivery ports
The selection of deliveryports is very important. More delivery ports, wider the audience to order your products. But you have to keep more shipping freight charges actual.
Make sure you keep at all times the shipping freight charges actual.

CALCULATE COST PRICE
This is the module that will bring the ease in life! Adjust prices in a single click!
Before we can do this you have to determine your prices and delivery times for each step.
Add Steelprices.
Add Production cost (inclusing your margin) under Production
Add Heat Threatment costs
Add Surface Treatment costs like Zinc Plating
Add Packaging costs
Now you can groupage certain diameters and see the total cost /Ton (1000kg).
Now adjust your delivery times:
Deliverytime of steel in DAYS.
Deliverytime of Production in DAYS
Deliverytime of Heattreatment in DAYS
Deliverytime of Surface treatment in DAYS
Deliverytime of Packaging in DAYS.
All the items of a productgroup are now automatic listed with your prices. You can select in MY ITEMS to remove or add items from the available list.
When you have set-up the database, your prices are listed in the algorithm. When steelprice change, just change the price and click UPDATE. All your items have now a new sales price! That easy!

After adding prices to product groups you can filter here the items you do not produce.
Just HIDE or UNHIDE the articles. The hidden items are NOT listed as a manufacturing product from you.
Take care with this list. After confirmation your products will be visible online, after which the customers will be able to order these items.
Make sure you keep steel prices up-to-date at all times.

SHIPPING
Customers can order anytime EXW or CIF at a port. The shipping prices are automatically calculated by the weight of the order. You just have to keep your port shipping prices actual to maintain a stable relation with the customer.

Tired of sending RFQ? Use our Contract module!
You have already a reliable customer, but they ask again and again new prices? Use our contract module, behind the eCommerce you can make a own price agreement. You as manufacturer just have to update the steelprices online and the customer easily see 24/7 your actual prices. No need to send quotations anymore. Just simple, login, adjust and customer can place the orders.
