How do I select a Manufacturer or Supplier when I place an Order?
After selecting your required product(s) you will see the various prices and/or delivery times per manufacturer. Based on your own demands you can add the required items in the required qty’s in your shopping cart.

Can the prices change while I'm placing my order?
The manufacturers can change the steelprice to update their prices according their actual market condition. There is no timeframe order border. We delay the currency pairs to 5 minutes to make the prices more stable. The valid price is after you check-out your order.

How do I get an account?

I am a manufacturer, how do I update my prices?
Through the ARAMFIX manufactures dashboard your easily update your prices in case the cost of raw material or production is increasing or decreasing. All in a single click!

Can I get an RFQ before I order?
Use our contract module, behind the eCommerce you can make a own price agreement. The manufacturer just has to update their steel price online and you see your own agreed prices. No need to send our RFQ anymore. Just simply login, consult and order. Your order will be send directly to the factory.

Can I see my previous orders?
You can see your previous made orders in your account under the tab 'my orders'.

Can I re-order the same products?
Yes, this is possible. You can view your order history in your own profile.

Do you convert real time valuta?
Our platform is live API connected to the World Exchange Rates, no more risk in currency exchange rates. You simply purchase in your own currency and the manufacturer is paid their curreny!

Why are the prices fluctuating?
Our platform is live API connected to the World Exchange Rates. This is the reason why you see everytime different prices, because the currency markets change every second.

Can I compare prices?
Yes, you can compare prices from each country in realtime for every product.

What is the service level of the API Connection
In case of a failure of converting currency we have a serverty Level of Priority,.
Priority 1 URGENT Target response time 15min. Target Fix Time 4 hours.
Priority 2 MEDIUM Target response time 1 hour. Target Fix Time 8 hours.
Priority 3 LOW Target response time 1 hour . Target Fix Time 24 hours.
NOTE: When notification of the fault is received outside the working hours Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), the Target Fix Time will only commerce on the next Working Day.
