MOLABOLT
The Molabolt brought a revolution in bolting technology. It provides a neat and professional job that allows us to bolt into a blind section. It's incredibly easy to use, fast and requires no specialist tools to create a completely secure hold at the same time as it takes for a standard bolt. It turns a half-hour job within minutes so, no doubt is a problem solver in construction. It is requested to become an industry standard one.
Standard Molabolts are produced to class 8.8 steel grade and coated with electro-zinc with a clear passivation. Molabolts can have a galvanized or Dorreltech finish or be manufactured in stainless steel, in harsh environments. In accordance with Eurocodes, we assess the design resistances for Molabolt Peg Anchors in carbon steel and stainless steel. The fixings have been subject to a comprehensive test program and design resistances. Tension resistances for M16 and M20 stainless steel bolts are given in two reports. Peg Anchor Molabolt
When dealing with steelwork fabrication involving blind box sections peng anchor molabolt is the established alternative to welding. Their use is very effective and wide as in Hollow stool sections, plate steel sections, in primary and secondary steelwork, which can be used in areas where common rivets are unsuitable, ducting, cladding, and pipping. Can be also used in applications where rivets are unsuitable.
The design resistances of the Molabolt Peg Anchors have been assessed in carbon steel and stainless steel from The Steel Construction Institute. Made from class 8.8 steel and are at least as strong as a standard bolt and suitable in hollow stool and plate steel sections. Choose zinc for indoor use and stainless steel for outdoor use or hot-dipped galvanised steel.

The Threaded Bypass Molabolt reduces downtime and assembly time to a minimum and eliminates the need to repair or discard expensive components because of thread damage.

It's designed especially for concrete-filled hollow steel sections to increase the evacuation time in multi-story constructions under fire conditions. Corus encouraged Molabolt to develop the Fire Resistant Molabolt following the impact of 9/11 to help deal with the vulnerability of tall steel constructions in intense fires. It's maintaining steel structures in intense heat- problem solver. The Fire Resistant Molabolt uses the Molabolt principle with the addition of a shield to disperse the heat, thereby protecting the Molabolt.
